About the Event:
In recognition of November being Diabetes Awareness Month, the Canadian Diabetes Association, Kawartha Branch, will be hosting a two-week long "Celebrity Challenge". From November 3rd to the 17th, several local celebrities will find out first hand what it is like to live with diabetes. They will learn about healthy eating for diabetes management and how to do blood glucose monitoring.
